On the BPM event of Heliview yesterday in Ede, the Netherlands, the event participants were given inspiring presentations of organisations such as Utrecht University, Port of Rotterdam, Monuta, Rijkswaterstaat, Rabobank and Heineken. Furthermore, the event organisation had planned one-on-one meetings. Mark Straathof had a full schedule with 12 interesting people, and many other event participants visited the booth of Blue Lanes.
Many conversation were about how to get attention from management and employees for BPM. Besides a lot of communication about the benefits, also process publication and e-learning can contribute. All visitors of the Blue Lanes booth got in any case a chocolate letter B, P or M. The follow up of this event includes a webcast on 19th November.
